Aliaxis UK will be exhibiting at UNITI Expo 2026, the leading European trade fair for the service station and car wash industries, taking place from May 19–21 2026 in Stuttgart, Germany.
Visitors can find the Aliaxis team at Stand 5D60, Hall 5, where they will be showcasing Durapipe PLX, the specialist welded fuel pipework system designed for safe, efficient transfer of fuels and their vapours in refuelling forecourts.
PLX is designed to make installations faster, safer, and more efficient, while maintaining full environmental protection. Key components, such as PLX Termination Fittings, offer a compact, reliable end-of-line solution by replacing three traditional components with a single electrofusion fitting. These fittings ensure complete secondary containment, reduce the number of welds required, and are available in 63/75 × 63 mm and 110/125 × 110 mm, with optional interstitial monitoring ports. Fully compliant with APEA Bluebook guidance, they are suitable for a wide range of fuels, including diesel, petrol, and biodiesel.
Another key innovation, the PLX One-Weld Transition Fittings, welds the primary and secondary pipes simultaneously, cutting the number of welds required at pipe run ends in half. Available in 32/40 mm and 63/75 mm, and offered in passivated mild steel or stainless steel, these fittings are ideal for time-sensitive projects, helping to reduce both installation time and costs while maintaining robust safety. Combined with the Termination Fittings, these solutions make PLX a trusted choice for forecourt operators, contractors, and system designers around the world.
