As 2022 draws to a close we've released the below information detailing our delivery times / order cut-off dates for our product ranges as well as our export customers over the Christmas period.
England and Wales
Utility pipe/Warboys
12:00pm Monday 19th December for delivery on Wednesday 21st December
12:00pm Wednesday 21st December for delivery on Tuesday 3rd January 2023
Building services/distribution & GPS fittings order cut off
12:00pm Monday 12th December for delivery on Wednesday 21st December (Milkrun & Carrier)
12:00pm Tuesday 13th December for delivery on Tuesday 3rd January 2023 (Milkrun) and Wednesday 4th January 2023 (Carrier)
Scotland
12:00pm Monday 12th December for delivery on Wednesday 21st December
12:00pm Tuesday 13th December for delivery on Wednesday 4th milkrun Thursday 5th December (Carrier)
Exports
European trailer shipments
Norway, Finland and Sweden: 12:00pm GMT Thursday 8th December for despatch on Thursday 15th December
Mainland Europe including: Portugal, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland and Southern Ireland: 12:00pm GMT Thursday 8th December for despatch on Friday 16th December
France: 12:00pm GMT Thursday 8th December for despatch on Thursday 15th December
Deep sea shipments
Deep sea shipments will be loaded up until Wednesday 21st December dependant on loading/closing and sailing dates available. To garantee delivery, orders mst be received by 7th December by our Sales team.

Airfreight shipments
Please send airfreight orders to our Sales office by Thursday 15th December (by 12:00pm GMT) for deliveries required by Wednesday 21st December. These dates are dependant on flight availability and we will continue to process and despatch airfreight shipments up until this time.

Courier shipments
To guarantee courier deliveries by Wednesday 21st December, please place your Sales order before Thursday 8th December (by 12:00pm GMT).
Collections
Collections can be made from the Warehouse up to 16:00pm GMT on Wednesday 21st December. Orders should be placed in the usual way, with standard lead times applicable.
Christmas shutdown
The Sales Office and Warehouse will close on Friday 23rd December and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
Please note that the first shipments for 2023 will despatch as follows:
- Airfreight - Thursday 5th January
- Courier - Wednesday 4th January
- Trailers - Friday 13th January
